Glascott, one of Australia’s leading landscaping businesses, has acquired Citywide Service Solutions Pty Ltd (“Citywide”) Horticulture and Open Space operations in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory, along with Queensland-based business Technigro.
The acquisition enhances Glascott’s service offering across the east coast by combining established open-space management expertise with specialist vegetation management, natural area restoration, large-scale weed control capabilities, Sports field renovations, turf consultation and Herbicide applications.
The NSW and ACT operations will transition to Glascott, together with a portfolio of significant government and commercial contracts, which include landmark open-space programs across the states. The Technigro business, widely regarded as a leader in the Queensland market, will continue to operate under its existing brand whilst becoming part of Glascott’s national service capability.
